The route will start in Stetchworth, outside of Newmarket, and finish at Nethergate Brewery in Long Melford, Sudbury.
The first checkpoint is outside All Saints’ Church in Great Thurlow. Checkpoint 2 is outside the cafe in Clare Castle Country Park.
To help raise further funds for Papyrus, a raffle will be held at Nethergate Brewery.
